These terms govern the use of the Hızlı Anket service (https://hizlianket.com). By opening an account or using the service you accept these terms.
1. The service
Hızlı Anket lets you create online surveys and forms, share them, collect responses and report on the results. We keep developing the service; features may be added, changed or removed.
2. Your account
- To open an account you need an e-mail address that belongs to you and that you can access. You sign in with a link and code sent to your e-mail, or with Google.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account. The security of your e-mail account is your responsibility.
- The information you give must be accurate.
3. Fees
The service is free during the launch period. To prevent abuse, limits apply, such as the number of surveys per day, storage space and AI usage. If we decide to introduce paid plans, we will announce it in advance and allow a reasonable period between the announcement and the change for you to export your data.
4. Your content and the data you collect
- The surveys you create and the responses you collect belong to you. We process them only to provide the service to you.
- If you collect personal data from respondents, you are the data controller for that data; Hızlı Anket is the data processor. Informing respondents, obtaining their explicit consent where needed and asking only for the data you need are your obligations. The consent checkbox and privacy notice fields in the survey settings are there for this.
- Collect special categories of personal data, such as health or biometric data, only under the conditions the law allows.
5. Unacceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- collect data such as passwords, card details or identity information by deception (phishing), or pose as another person or organisation;
- send or facilitate unsolicited bulk messages (spam);
- publish unlawful, hateful or harassing content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
- distribute malware, try to compromise the security or operation of the service, or use automated tools to get around its limits.
We may take down surveys that break these rules, and suspend or close the account. To report abuse: [email protected].
6. AI features
Drafts, summaries and analyses produced with AI may contain errors. Checking them before you publish them or base a decision on them is your responsibility. Having respondents' answers analysed or scored by AI requires your separate consent.
The score the AI gives an answer is a suggestion. You agree not to make a decision about a person based on this score alone; not to write criteria based on traits such as age, gender, health, religion or ethnic origin; and to inform your respondents that their answers may be evaluated this way. We also add this information in a short sentence to the page of any survey with scoring criteria; this sentence cannot be turned off.
7. Continuity of the service
We work to provide the service without interruption or errors, but we cannot guarantee this. There may be interruptions for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We recommend that you export important data regularly.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profit arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. You are responsible for the content of your surveys and for the lawfulness of the data you collect.
9. Closing your account
You can close your account at any time from the panel (Account settings → Delete account). When the account is closed, your surveys are taken offline and their links stop working. How your data is kept and permanently deleted is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current text is published on this page; we inform account holders of significant changes by e-mail. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
