This notice explains which personal data is processed when you use the Hızlı Anket service (https://hizlianket.com), for what purpose, and what your rights are. It was prepared to meet the duty to inform under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
1. Who is responsible?
The service is provided by Hızlı Anket. You can reach us about anything concerning your personal data at [email protected].
There are two different cases:
- Account holders (people who create surveys and forms): Hızlı Anket is the data controller for the data about your account.
- Respondents (people who fill in a survey or form): the data controller for your answers is the person or organisation that created the survey. Hızlı Anket processes this data on their behalf and on their instructions (data processor). For requests about your answers, contact the creator of the survey first; if you cannot reach them, write to us.
2. Which data do we process?
| Data | When | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| E-mail address, name; for a business account the company name and tax number; language preference | When you open and use an account | Creating the account, sending sign-in links and codes, providing the service |
| Google account ID, name and e-mail address | If you choose "Continue with Google" | Signing you in (your Google password never reaches us) |
| Session records: IP address, browser information, sign-in time | When you sign in | Keeping you signed in, protecting the account against abuse |
| Sign-up source: the campaign tag or the name of the site that brought you, the first page you opened, the sign-up method | If you open an account after arriving through an ad, a link or another site | Understanding where people hear about the service |
| The surveys, forms and templates you create, the images you upload | While you use the service | Providing the service |
| Respondents' answers: the answers given, uploaded files, signature, time and duration of the submission, the channel it came through, IP address, browser information, survey language; the time of consent if there is a consent checkbox | When a survey or form is submitted | Delivering the answer to the survey's owner, reporting, limiting abuse (repeated or automated submissions) |
| Requests you write to the AI features and their usage records | When you use these features | Producing drafts, summaries and analyses; applying daily usage limits |
The creator of a survey may ask you for other data through its questions (such as your name, phone number or health information). The creator decides which data is asked for and why, and is responsible for it.
3. Legal grounds
- Account and service data: the conclusion and performance of the contract between you and us (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
- Session and security records, prevention of abuse, sign-up source: our legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f).
- Analysis and scoring of respondents' answers with AI: with the explicit choice of the survey's owner and under the conditions in section 5 of this notice.
- Where our legal obligations require it (art. 5/2-ç).
4. Cookies and what is kept in your browser
We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies; there are no third-party analytics tools on our pages.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
anketim_session | Recognises your signed-in session (necessary) | For the duration of the session |
anketim_google | Completes signing in with Google securely (necessary) | A few minutes |
hz_src | If you came to our site through a campaign, a link or another site, remembers this until you open an account. It is not set for visitors who come directly | At most 30 days; deleted when you sign in |
| One-response mark | If the survey's owner turned on "one response per person", prevents a second submission from the same device | 1 year |
| Browser storage (unfinished answers) | If the survey's owner turned on "save and continue", an answer you leave unfinished stays only on your own device; it is deleted when you submit | At most 30 days |
| Browser storage (panel preferences) | Your display preferences, such as table columns | Until you delete them |
5. AI features
- Survey drafts and "edit with AI": the request you write and the content of the survey are sent to the model.
- Result summaries: only the numbers and the question texts go to the model; the text respondents wrote does not.
- Theme analysis of open-ended answers: runs only if the survey's owner gives separate consent. Before sending, data in the answers such as e-mail addresses, phone, ID and card numbers is masked automatically.
- Scoring of answers: the survey's owner can have answers evaluated by AI against criteria they write (again, only with separate consent). The criteria and what was written and selected in the answer go to the model, with the same masking. If a PDF file was uploaded with the answer, its content goes too (at most 2 files per answer, the first 5 pages of each); the content of a file cannot be masked. Images, other files, the signature, the date of the answer, the IP address and device information are not sent. On the page of such a survey, respondents are told: "Your response may be assessed by the owner of this survey with the help of AI."
The score and reasons the AI gives are a suggestion to the survey's owner: our service takes no action on its own based on the score (it does not reject or hide an answer, and does not notify the respondent of a result). The survey's owner makes the decision and is responsible for the evaluation; you can bring an objection to an outcome against you that is based solely on automated evaluation to the creator of the survey.
The survey's owner can withdraw this consent at any time. When they do, the analyses produced from written answers and the AI scores given to answers are deleted and any ongoing scoring stops; the answers themselves stay with the survey's owner.
Our model provider is Anthropic. Your data is processed on our behalf.
6. Who do we share data with?
We do not sell your data. To provide the service we use the service providers below; each has access only to the data its job needs:
- Amazon Web Services — sending e-mail and storing files.
- Cloudflare — domain name, network security and content delivery; a security check (Turnstile) that tells automated (bot) requests apart on the sign-in and sign-up forms. During this check Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser and your IP address.
- Google — signing in, only if you use "Continue with Google".
- Anthropic — only when you use the AI features.
- Our server hosting provider — the server the application and database run on (in Turkey).
Some of these providers are abroad; your data may therefore be processed on servers outside Turkey. Where a legal obligation exists, data may also be shared with the competent authorities.
7. How long do we keep it?
- Account data: for as long as your account is open. You can close your account at any time from the panel (Account settings → Delete account): your account and your surveys become inaccessible at once and your survey links stop working. The data of a closed account remains in our systems; if you want it deleted permanently, write to [email protected] — your data not subject to legal retention obligations is deleted within the period set by law.
- Backups: daily database backups are kept for 14 days; deleted data stays in backups for at most that long.
- Surveys and answers: until the survey's owner deletes them or closes their account. The survey's owner can delete individual answers; the files and signature of a deleted answer are deleted with it.
- File uploads left without submitting: deleted within 24 hours.
- Sign-in links and codes: valid for 15 minutes.
8. Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). We do not store passwords: you sign in with a one-time link and code sent to your e-mail, or with Google. Only digests of session and sign-in keys are stored. Files and signatures uploaded by respondents are not public; only the survey's owner can access them.
9. Your rights
Under article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the parties it is transferred to, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its erasure or destruction, to object to an outcome against you resulting from analysis by automated systems, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
You can send your requests to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days at the latest. If you are a survey's owner, you can export your answers from the panel as Excel or CSV.
10. Changes
When we update this notice we change the date at the top of the page. We also inform account holders of significant changes by e-mail.
